The President of the 72nd session of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Miroslav Laj?¨¢k, met today with Mr. Nikhil Seith, Executive-General of the Â鶹APP Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). They discussed strengthening the links between the work of the General Assembly and people at the national levels. The President welcomed the work that UNITAR does focusing on people including training policy makers particularly around the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
