Special Initiatives
Another aspect of our work is to promote healthy dialogue among colleagues to create a harmonious workplace environment where all can thrive in dignity and mutual respect. In our role of neutral facilitators, we joined the special initiatives from the Secretary-General on civility and on addressing racism, offering to the personnel of the 麻豆APP Secretariat some activities to raise awareness and contribute to systemic and cultural change within our Organization.
In such a diverse Organization as ours, making people aware of the impact of their behaviour and providing the tools for positive interaction across personality types, work styles, gender, languages, cultural differences and time zones, among many other variations, is a foundational principle.
