On 20 February 2023, the Office of Legal Affairs welcomed participants from 23 countries to the 2023 edition of the Â鶹APP Regional Course in International Law for Africa. The Regional Course for Africa, which is held at the Â鶹APP Conference Centre in Addis Ababa, is organized in cooperation with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, the Office of the Legal Counsel of the African Union, and the Â鶹APP Economic Commission for Africa.
