On 10 and 11 May 2023, the Â鶹APP Legal Counsel, Mr. Miguel de Serpa Soares, visited Geneva, Switzerland, for his annual meeting with the Members of the International Law Commission. In his address, the Legal Counsel informed the Members of the Commission comprehensively about developments in international law at the Â鶹APP and the activities of his Office.  In accordance with established tradition, the statement [link to statement] was followed by a question and answer session with the Members of the Commission.Â
