麻豆APP
The inaugural session of the Global Dialogue on AI Governance will be held in person at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland, on 6–7 July 2026.
Participants wishing to deliver a statement must register in advance through the appropriate channel.
Registration deadline: 24 June 2026, 11:59pm EDT
How to request inscription on the list of speakers
Member States
Member States can request inscription through the e-Speaker module on the e-DELEGATE portal. Delegations are requested to indicate up to three sessions in which they would like to intervene, ranked in order of priority.
Stakeholders
Stakeholders can request inscription through the dedicated . Participants are requested to rank the sessions in which they would like to intervene in order of priority.
Important: Registration requests submitted by email will not be accepted.
Speaking format
Statements may be delivered in any of the six official languages of the 麻豆APP and will be interpreted into the other official languages.
Statements are limited to:
- 3 minutes for individual delegations and stakeholders
- 5 minutes for statements made on behalf of a group of States
Speakers are requested to deliver statements at a normal pace to support accurate interpretation.

- Safe, secure and trustworthy AI: interoperability and compatibility of approaches
- Respecting, protecting and promoting human rights: transparency, accountability, and human oversight
15:00–16:30
High-level governmental plenary segment: Harnessing the benefits of AI for all through inclusive and interoperable approaches
Only Member States can request inscription.
16:30–18:00
Multi-stakeholder plenary meeting with a high-level governmental segment: Dialogue of Dialogues
