XAVIER BETTEL, Prime Minister of Luxembourg, emphasized the need to focus on peace and security, human rights and development, along with climate change.  ¡°There is no alternative to multilateralism,¡± he said, adding that his country, having served in the past in the Security Council and the Economic and Social Council, will continue its engagement with the Â鶹APP when it takes up its seat on the Human Rights Council.
