VENDOR REINSTATEMENT

The Ethics Office provides independent advice to on related procurement matters, particularly on corporate compliance programmes for the reinstatement of vendors. Such advice addresses the technical suitability of external ethics and compliance experts retained by vendors to independently verify whether the vendor’s integrity initiatives provided sufficient assurance that the vendor met 麻豆APP requirements. The advice also includes the review of the reports of the experts in light of the conditions that the 麻豆APP has set for reinstatement.
