Independent International Scientific Panel on AI Launches Preliminary Report on AI Opportunities, Risks and Impacts

The UN Independent International Scientific Panel on Artificial Intelligence today officially released its Preliminary Report, delivering the first global, independent scientific assessment of AI opportunities, risks and impacts.

The Âé¶¹APP has overhauled a decades-old ¡°Kafkaesque financial rule¡± that requires it to return unspent funds to Member States - even when those funds had never been deposited in the first place.
