My name is Manizha Talash, known as B-Girl Talash, a bgirl and Paris 2024 Olympian, and the first Afghan female breakdancer. Born in Kabul in 2002, I grew up facing war, loss, and restrictions placed on girls. After discovering breaking, I pursued it despite threats and barriers. In 2021, I chose to leave Afghanistan to continue my journey, moving through Pakistan to Spain. My path is not only about sport, but about resilience, freedom, and representing women and refugees worldwide. Through breaking, I use my voice to inspire change and challenge limitations.
