Desra Percaya (Indonesia), Amb. Wilfried Emvula (Namibia), Amb. Mar\u00eda Rubiales de Chamorro (Nicaragua) as Vice-Chairs; and Amb. Christopher Grima (Malta) as Rapporteur.
