On\u00a05 February 2018, the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People held its 388th<\/sup>\u00a0meeting and the first meeting for the current year at the UN headquarters in New York. In a session presided over by the Secretary-General, the Committee conducted the annual election for the Bureau. All incumbent Bureau members were re-elected by acclamation. The Committee also\u00a0approved its Program of Work for 2018<\/a> by consensus.<\/p>\n

The composition of the Bureau for 2018 is as follows:<\/p>\n

Chair:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Senegal<\/p>\n

Vice-Chairs: Afghanistan, Cuba, Indonesia, Namibia, Nicaragua<\/p>\n
