Mr. Cheikh Niang (Senegal), meets with  Ms. Liftawi and Ms. Hamdan (Palestine MoFA) during the capacity building programme in New York (5 Sep-12 Oct 2018)<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 6-week annual capacity-building programme for civil servants of the State of Palestine ran from 5 September to 12 October 2018. It was organized by the Division for Palestinian Rights (Department of Political Affairs).
