According to Amnesty, this decision\u00a0represents\u00a0a moral failure and shows disregard for civilian lives, particularly in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT).\u00a0Amnesty\u00a0states\u00a0that the EU must stop using ceasefires as a justification for delaying action and warns that continued inaction entrenches impunity and risks EU complicity in human rights violations.
