They will address their experiences of dispossession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\"><b><i><u>Europe<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">From 5 August to 3 September, P2 Gallery is holding an <a href=\"http:\/\/p21.gallery\/exhibitions\/chapter-31\/\"><u>exhibition<\/u><\/a><i>Chapter 31<\/i> in London. The exhibition is a journey into the future of Palestine in film, sculpture, installation, collage, painting and performance. It includes the work of Abdulrahman Katanani, Alaa Abu Asad, Amjad Ghannam, Anas Al-Barbawari, Ayham Jabr, Basma Alsharif, Dirar Kalash, Hani Amra, Leopold Lambert, METASITU Collective, Noor Abuarafeh, Rafat Asad, Samah Hijawi, Shada Safadi, Wafa Hourani and Yazan Khalili.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/hjfp.org.uk\/\"><u>Haringey Palestine Solidarity Campaign<\/u><\/a>\u00a0is holding a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.palestinecampaign.org\/events\/palestine-is-people\/\"><u>community event<\/u><\/a>\u00a0\u201c<i>Palestine is People\u201d\u00a0<\/i>in London on 14 August<i>\u00a0<\/i>featuring talks, films, food, dance workshops music and photography. Films will include\u00a0<i>SkatePal<\/i>, a film about a charity providing skateboarding facilities and lessons in Palestine,\u00a0<i>alongside Slingshot Hip Hop<\/i>, a moving documentary about the development of hip-hop music in Palestine and how young Palestinians have used music to overcome adversity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.palestinecampaign.org\/\">\u00a0<u>Palestine Solidarity Campaign<\/u><\/a>\u00a0is\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mosaicrooms.org\/event\/chronotopes-of-palestine\/\"><u>screening<\/u><\/a><i>The Chronotopes of Palestine<\/i>\u00a0in London on 18 August. It is a series of five short films, which explore the relationship between memory and place in the context of the ongoing Palestinian dispossession through the memories of three generations of families in Poland and the UK. The screening will be followed by a discussion with\u00a0Dr Yasmin Gunaratnam,\u00a0the film\u2019s director, and Senior Lecturer in Sociology and\u00a0Dominika Blachnicka-Ciacek\u00a0a visual sociologist and an Associate Lecturer at Goldsmiths College as well as the protagonists of the film,\u00a0Alina Palichleb\u00a0and\u00a0Antoine Raffoul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\"><b><i><u>Â鶹APP<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">On 4 August, the <a href=\"https:\/\/unispal.un.org\/DPA\/DPR\/unispal.nsf\/com.htm\"><u>Committee<\/u><\/a>\u00a0on the Exercise of The Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People held its meeting at the Â鶹APP Headquarters in New York. Press releases are available in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/press\/en\/2016\/gapal1375.doc.htm\"><u>English<\/u><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/press\/fr\/2016\/agpal1375.doc.htm\"><u>French<\/u><\/a>.
