Question<\/u>:\u00a0 Yes. \u00a0Thank you, St\u00e9phane. \u00a0So, I want to go back to\u2026 you said that you hope that all these normalization agreements between Israel and the other countries will help Palestinians and Israelis get closer to a peace agreement. \u00a0My question is, as a matter of fact, on the ground, the opposite is actually happening. \u00a0There are more settlements that have been built. \u00a0There is more Palestinians that are killed. \u00a0Even now, there is some news reports about some export from the settlements to the United Arab Emirates, etc. \u00a0So, how can it be that your office is totally saying things that are not connected to the facts on the ground? \u00a0And the same goes also to the Western Sahara.<\/p>\n

Spokesman<\/u>:\u00a0 I think, if you read the numerous reports, either published by the Secretary\u2011General or presented by Mr.\u00a0[Nickolay] Mladenov, I think they are anchored in reality. \u00a0And I think they give a pretty clear picture of the reality. \u00a0I think\u2026 you could do two things at once. \u00a0You could actually paint a pretty clear picture of the reality on the ground and then hope for more positive developments.<\/p>\n

Question<\/u>:\u00a0 Oh, great, St\u00e9ph. \u00a0Listen, another question on the US\u2011Israel\u2011Morocco deal, and obviously, it\u2019s got big knock\u2011ons for the Palestinians and the Sahrawi people, two groups that want – and have done for a long time – autonomy, self\u2011determination of some sort, and they look to the Â鶹APP as a fair hand in a world that, perhaps, doesn\u2019t have many fair hands in it. \u00a0Is there any message that you can give to those two peoples today who have been watching the news and are maybe disheartened by their current position?<\/p>\n

Spokesman<\/u>:\u00a0 Look, I would say that our efforts to find a solution to both of these issues remains unchanged and will remain unabated.<\/p>\n
