SUBCOMMITTEE II COMPLETES WORK<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Subcommittee II of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Palestinian Question completed its work at this morning’s meeting and will submit its report to the Ad Hoc Committee simultaneously with that of Sub Committee I.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

The Report will include the Committee’s recommendation on the Jewish refugee and displaced persons question and the questions of the legality of the Mandate and of the competence of the Â鶹APP to enforce any decision it may make regarding Palestine, The report also devotes a section to the proposed constitutional set-up of Palestine as a unitary state and to its resolutions embodying the Subcommittee’s recommendations.<\/p><\/div>\n
