Air violations of the Blue Line:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

PRSG calls on Israeli authorities to halt violations<\/u><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>Beirut, 5 November 2001 (UN Information Centre)<\/strong>. Unfortunately, air violations of the Blue Line and of Lebanese airspace have continued to take place.<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>The Personal Representative of the Secretary-General for southern Lebanon (PRSG), Mr. Staffan de Mistura, has noted with concern that three air violations, consisting of 3 Israeli aircraft, took place across the Blue Line on Sunday, 4 November.<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>In this connection, the PRSG reiterates, again, his call on the Israeli authorities to cease such actions and to fully respect the Blue Line.<\/p><\/div>\n
