He met there Foreign Minister Amre Moussa. They discussed the latest developments in southern Lebanon as the Security Council in New York debated a draft text approving the Secretary-General&#39;s confirmation that Israel had fully withdrawn from Lebanon. They discussed a number of other issues, including the impact of sanctions on the civilian population of Iraq, and the reform of the Security Council. Afterwards, they jointly gave a press conference. The Foreign Minister then hosted a dinner in the Secretary-General&#39;s honour. <\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;font-size:12pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">On Monday morning, the Secretary-General met with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak before leaving for Lebanon.
