\t<\/span>Beirut, 15 January 2002 (UN Information Centre) — <\/strong>The Blue Line and Lebanese airspace were violated on five occasions yesterday by a total of 8 Israeli aircraft.<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>Some of these aircraft also created sonic booms in the capital Beirut.<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\t<\/span>The Personal Representative of the Secretary-General for southern Lebanon (PRSG), Mr. Staffan de Mistura, calls again on Israel to cease its violations of the Bine Line with such overflights.<\/p><\/div>\n
