the Secretary of the Committee on Jerusalem<\/u><\/p><\/div>\n

to the Secretary of the General Committee<\/u><\/p><\/div>\n

concerning Control of Wakf Property*<\/u><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

1. With reference to the memorandum dated 7 July 1949 requesting information from the Committee on Jerusalem on the question of the control of religious properties, the Committee on Jerusalem decided at its <\/span>45th meeting<\/a> on 6 August to transmit to the General Committee the enclosed working paper (document <\/span>Com.Jer\/W.28<\/a>). The attention of the General Committee is drawn in particular to paragraphs 5 to 19 of this document.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

2. Any further relevant information on the subject that is brought to the attention of the Committee on Jerusalem will be transmitted to the General Committee.<\/p><\/div>\n
