Middle East: UN envoy condemns latest suicide attack against Israeli civilians<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\nThe Â鶹APP Special Envoy for the Middle East Peace Process has denounced the latest suicide bombing against Israeli civilians in Petah Tikva. <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

"Such attacks can not be endured and must stop," Terje Roed-Larsen said in a statement released on Monday. <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

While reiterating his longstanding condemnation of terrorist attacks, Mr. Roed-Larsen also stressed that Secretary-General Kofi Annan had repeatedly denounced such attacks against civilians as "morally repugnant" that were in clear violation of international law. <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

The envoy added that terrorist attacks from any quarter were unacceptable and could not be tolerated by the international community. <\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n
