Following the announcement of the expansion of certain settlements in the West Bank, France recalls that it condemns without reservation the founding or expansion of the existing settlements, which are contrary to international law and undermine the efforts being made to revive the peace process. <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

We call on the Israel government to take the necessary measures to put a freeze on settlement activities in all the Palestinian Territories, including East Jerusalem. <\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n
