PROJECT DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><\/span> <\/span>The development objectives of the Tertiary Education Project are to improve the regulatory environment for tertiary education management, governance and quality assurance; to increase internal and external efficiency of the tertiary education system, as a first step towards achieving sustainability; and, create incentives and provide the basis for improvements in efficiency, quality and relevance of tertiary education institutions in order to meet the socioeconomic needs of the Palestinian population.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
