New York, 27 July 2015<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

The Secretary-General met today with members of J Street. During the meeting, they discussed the state of play in the Middle East peace process and the need to ensure a just, comprehensive settlement leading to the creation of an independent and secure Palestinian State co-existing peacefully alongside a secure Israel.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

The Secretary-General and members of J Street also welcomed the P5+1 agreement which they viewed as an important testament to the value of diplomacy.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
