Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today voiced his deep disappointment at the recent approval by the Israeli Government of plans for more than 900 housing units in East Jerusalem. <\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:left;padding-top:8px;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;font-size:8pt;font-family:Verdana, san-serif;\">&#8220;He reiterates that settlement activity in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, is contrary to international law, and he is concerned by provocative actions on the ground,&#8221;
