Death of Ziad Abu Ein<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

Spain is deeply saddened by the death of Ziad Abu Ein, Minister without Portfolio in the Palestinian Authority, yesterday in the Palestinian town of Turmus Ayya <\/strong>and wishes to transmit its deepest condolences to his family and loved ones, as well as to the Palestinian Authority and people.<\/p><\/div>\n

The government of Spain expresses its concern and asks for a speedy and full investigation to clarify the circumstances of Minister Ziad Abu Ein's death, as Israeli authorities have promised.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Additionally, Spain reiterates to all parties the need to act responsibly and to abstain from acts or statements that could increase tensions.<\/p><\/div>\n
