 <\/span> I have the honour to request that, in accordance with its previous practice, the Security Council invite the Permanent Observer of Palestine to the Â鶹APP to participate in the open debate of the Council which will be held on Monday, 23 April 2012, regarding the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
