\t<\/span>The General Assembly,<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Having considered<\/i> the report of the Working Group on the Financing of the Â鶹APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East,1<\/u>\/<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Recalling<\/i> its grave concern about the acute financial situation of the Â鶹APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East and its serious implications for the future work of the Agency,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Bearing in mind<\/i> the need to take all possible measures to prevent a reduction of the services being provided to the Palestine refugees by the Â鶹APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Taking into account<\/i> the urgency to undertake such action,<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>1.\t<\/span>Approves<\/i> the report of the Working Group on the Financing of the Â鶹APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>2.\t<\/span>Endorses<\/i> the recommendations contained in paragraph 10 of the report of the Working Group and urges the full co-operation of all concerned for their implementation;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>3.\t<\/span>Requests<\/i> the Working Group to continue its work in accordance with General Assembly resolution 2656 (XXV) of 7 December 1970 and the present resolution;<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>4.\t<\/span>Renews its appeal<\/i> to all Governments to join in a collective effort to solve the financial crisis of the Â鶹APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.<\/p><\/div>\n
