\t<\/span>I have the honour to request that, in accordance with its previous practice, the Security Council invite the Permanent Observer of Palestine to the Â鶹APP to participate in the meeting of the Security Council to be held on 5 October 2003, regarding the letter dated 5 October 2003 from the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Syrian Arab Republic (<\/span>S\/2003\/940, annex<\/a>).<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
