\t<\/span>I have the honour to request that Yahya Mahmassani, Permanent Observer of the League of Arab States to the Â鶹APP, be allowed to participate, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Charter of the Â鶹APP and rule 39 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council, in the discussion of the item presently on the Council’s agenda. <\/p><\/div>\n
