1.\t<\/span>In preambular paragraph 3, add the following after "22 October 1973":  "and 425 (1978) of 19 March 1978".<\/p><\/div>\n

2.\t<\/span>In operative paragraph 4, add the following word between "their" and "obligations":  "contractual".<\/p><\/div>\n

3.\t<\/span>In operative paragraph 5, add the following after "any unilateral actions":  "on the ground".<\/p><\/div>\n
