\t\t<\/span>In my capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of October 2000 and on behalf of the States members of the League of Arab States, I have the honour to request that the Security Council be convened forthwith in order to discuss the Israeli aggression on the Haram Al-Sharif in occupied Holy Jerusalem and the wave of Israeli aggression against Palestinian civilians in the occupied Palestinian territories, including Jerusalem.<\/p><\/div>\n
