\t<\/span>In my capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of October 2000, on behalf of the members of the League of Arab States and pursuant to paragraph 10 of General Assembly resolution ES-10\/6 of 9 February 1999, I request that the tenth emergency special session of the General Assembly be resumed in order to consider the item entitled “Illegal Israeli actions in Occupied East Jerusalem and the rest of the Occupied Palestinian Territory”.<\/p><\/div>\n
