\t<\/span> In my capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of October 2004, and on behalf of the States members of the League of Arab States, I have the honour to request an immediate meeting of the Security Council to consider the grave escalation in the situation in the Palestinian occupied territory as a result of the continuous Israeli aggression in Northern Gaza, and to take the required measures to stop the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people. <\/p><\/div>\n
