\t<\/span>In my capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of February 1989, acting on instructions from the members of that Group, and referring to the letter dated 7 February 1989 from the Permanent Observer of Palestine, reproduced in document <\/span>A\/44\/117-S\/20451<\/a>, I have the honour to request an immediate meeting of the Security Council in order to consider the situation in the occupied Palestinian territory.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
