Letter dated 4 December 2000 from the Permanent Representative of Tunisia<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

to the Â鶹APP addressed to the President of the Security Council<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>With reference to the letter sent to you today by the Permanent Observer of Palestine to the Â鶹APP, I should like in turn to call upon the members of the Security Council to pay particular and benevolent attention to the request by Iraq for the allocation of a portion of the revenues resulting under the memorandum of understanding concluded between Iraq and the Â鶹APP on 20 May 1996 as humanitarian assistance for the Palestinian people during the difficult phase that it is currently undergoing.<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>I should be grateful if you would have the text of this letter issued as a document of the Security Council.<\/p><\/div>\n
