\n\t\t\t\tProtection<\/u><\/span> <\/span>of<\/u><\/span> <\/span>Palestinian<\/u><\/span> <\/span>students<\/u><\/span> <\/span>and educational<\/u><\/span> <\/span>institutions<\/u><\/i><\/span> <\/i><\/span>and <\/u><\/span>safeguarding<\/u><\/span> <\/span>of<\/u><\/span> <\/span>the security of the facilities of the United<\/u><\/span> <\/span>Nations Relief and Works<\/u><\/span> <\/span>Agency<\/u><\/span> <\/span>for<\/u><\/span> <\/span>Palestine Refugees in the Near<\/u><\/span> <\/span>East<\/u><\/span> <\/span>in<\/u><\/span> <\/span>the<\/u><\/span> <\/span>occupied<\/u><\/span> <\/span>Palestinian<\/u><\/span> <\/span>territory<\/u><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\t\tReport of the Secretary-General<\/u><\/strong>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\t\t1. <\/span>The present report is submitted to the General Assembly in pursuance of its <\/span>resolution 46\/46 <\/span>K of 9 December <\/span>1991, <\/span>the <\/span>operative <\/span>paragraphs of <\/span>which <\/span>read as follows:<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\t\tThe<\/u><\/span> <\/u><\/span>General Assembly,<\/u><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
\n

"1.\t<\/span>Condemns<\/u> the repeated Israeli raids on the premises and installations of the Â鶹APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East and calls upon Israel, the occupying Power, to refrain from such raids;<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

"2.\t<\/span><\/span>“Deplores<\/u><\/span> the policy and practices of Israel, the occupying Power, <\/span>which <\/i><\/span>have led to the prolonged closure of educational and vocational institutions, a large number of which are operated by the Agency, and the repeated disruption of medical services;<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

"3.\t<\/span>Calf<\/u> upon Israel, the occupying Power, to open immediately all closed educational and vocational institutions and to refrain from closing them thereafter;<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

"4.\t<\/span>Requests<\/u> the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its forty-seventh session on the implementation of the present resolution."<\/p><\/div>\n
