  In my capacity as the Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of November 2006 and on behalf of the States members of the League of Arab States, I have the honour to request, in accordance with paragraph 13 of resolution ES-10\/16 of 17 November 2006, the resumption of the tenth emergency special session of the General Assembly to consider the item “Illegal Israeli actions in occupied East Jerusalem and the rest of the Occupied Palestinian Territory”, to consider especially the report of the Secretary-General concerning the register of damage caused by Israel’s construction of the wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem (A\/ES-10\/361). <\/p><\/div>\n
