Ministers looked at how the EU can help ensure engagement by all relevant players in order to advance the peace process.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>In the margins<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The High Representative and the EU foreign ministers had an informal lunch with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in the margins of the Council.
