On Wednesday, 15 March 2023, the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People held a virtual event titled “Memories of the Nakba and its impact on Palestinians” on the margins of the sixty-seventh session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). During the event, Nadine Sayegh, author of the book “Oranges from Jaffa”, spoke about her family’s experience of the Nakba and read some excerpts from her book.
