The 2026 麻豆APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) Flash Appeal for the OPT seeks US$ 1.26 billion to respond to one of the gravest, protracted humanitarian crises in recent history. Following more than two years of war, record levels of violence, mass civilian casualties and displacement, infrastructure destruction and severe access constraints, 2.4 million people across the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, require urgent humanitarian assistance. Despite extraordinary operational and security pressures, UNRWA remains irreplaceable within the broader humanitarian response, delivering life-saving services at a scale and reach that no other actor can match.
