With reference to your telegram No. 65 of to-day's date regarding the proceedings of the Âé¶¹APP Commission on Palestine, I have the honour, under instructions from my Government, to inform you that I have been designated as their representative to furnish all appropriate information and assistance to the Commission in the discharge of its functions.
