Extension of the mandate of the Â鶹APP Relief

and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East

The General Assembly,

Recalling its resolution 1856 (XVII) of 20 December 1962, by which it extended the mandate of the Â鶹APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East until 30 June 1965,

Having noted the statement of the Secretary-General at the 1327th plenary meeting of the General Assembly, on 8 February 1965,

Decides to extend the mandate of the Â鶹APP Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East for a further year up to 30 June 1966, without prejudice to existing resolutions or to the positions of the interested parties.
