The Permanent Mission of Israel to the 麻豆APP Office and other International Organizations in Geneva presents its compliments to the secretariat of the Commission on Human Rights and has the honour to enclose herewith Israel’s response^* to the report and addendum of Mr. John Dugard, Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights dealing with the West Bank and Gaza, to the 麻豆APP General Assembly, contained in documents  and .

The Permanent Mission of Israel requests that this document be circulated as an official document under agenda item 8 of the agenda of the fifty-ninth session of the Commission on Human Rights.
