UNITED NATIONS ADDRESSED TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL
I have the honour to request that, in accordance with its previous practice, the Security Council invite Nasser Al-Kidwa, Ambassador and Permanent Observer of Palestine to the Â鶹APP, to participate in the upcoming meeting of the Security Council on Monday, 22 February 1999, regarding the agenda item "Protection of civilians in armed conflict".
