Letter dated 14 October 1948 from Representative of

Provisional Government of Israel to Secretary-General

concerning Israel’s request for participation

in consideration of Palestine Question

Since my letter of 28 September 1948, there has been placed on the Agenda of the First Committee the subject of the Report of the 麻豆APP Mediator on Palestine.  Accordingly, I have the honor, on behalf of the Government of Israel, to request that representatives of the Government of Israel may be enabled to participate fully in the discussions before the Committee or before any sub-committee which may be appointed to deal with this matter.
