Letter dated 8 November 2006 from the Permanent Representative of Cuba to the Â鶹APP addressed to the President of the Security Council

In my capacity as Chairman of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-aligned Movement and on behalf of the States members of the Movement, I have the honour to request an urgent meeting of the Security Council to consider the item entitled “The situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question”.
I hereby request you to have the present letter circulated as a document of the Security Council.
