Letter dated 6 October 2009 from the Permanent Representative of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to the Â鶹APP addressed to the President of the Security Council

 

  Upon instructions from my Government, and in accordance with rule 2 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council, I have the honour to request an urgent meeting of the Security Council to discuss the report of the Â鶹APP Fact-Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict led by Justice Richard Goldstone.
