I have the honour to request that, in accordance with its previous practice, the Security Council invite the Permanent Observer of Palestine to the Â鶹APP to participate in the open debate of the Security Council being held Wednesday, 6 October 2004, regarding justice and the rule of law: the Â鶹APP role.
