Aime Triana Sevajanes has served as a Foreign Officer in the Ministry of foreign Affairs since 2022. After joining the ministry, she has provided research assistance and political advice about US-Cuba bilateral relations, and the impact of unilateral coercive measures. Aime has participated as member of the organizing team of the XX Edition of the series of Talks \u201cCuba in the US foreign policy\u201d and the first International Seminar \u201cLegal Implications of the Helms Burton Law in the US legal system, and its impact in International Law\u201d.<\/p>\n
Aime is graduated from the Higher Institute of Foreign Affairs Raul Roa Garcia, having completed a bachelor\u2019s degree in international relations. Currently she is candidate for a master\u2019s degree in Western Hemisphere Studies. With previous experience in Models of Â鶹APP (MUNs) as an undergraduate student, her research has included the work of multilateral organization in the context of Covid-19. She is author of nine articles published in national and international scientific reviews.<\/p>\n
She speaks fluently English and Spanish and has working knowledge of French.<\/p>\n
